The room was cosy and clean, staff was very helpful, computers and printer available, great location next to Gran Vía metro station, easy access from the Airport.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Gran Via and just a stone's throw away from the metro station. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and some even offer fantastic views of Madrid.
All was satisfactory, no improvement needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and a spotless bathroom. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the cozy and stylish lobby. The location was superb, just a short walk from a Metro station and centrally located in the bustling Gran Via district. Additionally, there was a small open square nearby, perfect for relaxing and people-watching.
Almost perfect, but there was one minor drawback.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stylish common room and friendly, helpful staff at Praktik Metropol. The rooftop terrace was our favorite part, offering incredible views of the city. Despite being located near a busy street, the noise isolation was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The basic amenities in the clean rooms were sufficient for our needs. we would definitely recommend this hotel.
